We recommend an odd number of charms for necklaces. The largest charm tends to look best in the centre.

We standardize the charm spacing using our expertise and best judgement to create a balanced design.
If you have specific requests for spacing or the order of the charms, please leave a note at check-out.

This item is made to order, please allow for a production time of 3 - 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. We do not accept rush requests.
Charms, charm necklaces, and charm bracelets are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Already have a chain you want charms attached to? Come shop the charms in person at TUU and we will attach them to your chain.
Our charms are hypoallergenic and materials include gold-filled, thick gold plating, rhodium plating, stainless steel, enamel coating, glass, cubic zirconia, pearls and ceramic beads.
Charms made with shell, pearl, ceramic, or enamel components will vary in size/colour due to their handmade nature or natural material.
Always avoid contact with water, perfume, and skincare products. We have extensively tested the wear of our materials and your charm necklace/bracelet will last with proper care.
Fading or oxidization in materials are considered normal with wear. Personal pH levels or exposure to humidity can affect the lifetime of your jewelry. Store in a bag, suede pouch, or jewelry box.

WE HAVE 4 CHARM OPTIONS:
1. As is - order individual charms as is.
2. Permanently Attached to Chain - Keep your pendant(s) on a chain forever! Have it affixed onto any chain of your choosing for a classic charm necklace or a single pendant necklace.
3. Clip-on Charm - This removable charm option can be clipped onto chains. You must add the Make it a Clip-On Clasp listing to cart.
4. Hoop Charm - we attach a ring so that the charm faces forward on a hoop. You must add the Make it a Hoop Earring Charm listing to cart. Slide the charm onto a narrow, closed hoop.
