We have recently updated our Return Policy - please read below.

Our policy is exchange or store credit on pieces that are in their original, unused condition (tags attached and in original packaging) within 14 days of the orders arrival.

For pick up orders, you have until 14 days after the pick up notification email has been sent to qualify for an exchange. If you are unsure of what day the notification was sent or you did not receive it, please send an email to info@coutukitsch.com.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) back to TUU by COUTUKITSCH. The original shipping fee + shipping insurance is non refundable. Items can be returned in person at TUU, our store located in Inglewood, Calgary, to avoid shipping costs. 

Final sale items:
Bijou Bodega, Permanent Jewelry, custom-made jewelry, earrings, hair accessories, sunglasses, apothecary, perfume, pantry, sample sale items, sale items, and gift cards are considered final sale.

Email info@coutukitsch.com to initiate an exchange. We require that your return package be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date that your package was delivered. Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed after we have received it. You will receive a notification by email.

TUU by COUTUKITSCH is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We strongly recommend tracking and insuring your package in case of loss or damage due to the carrier.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Customers are responsible for shipping items back to TUU by COUTUKITSCH. We recommend using UPS or Canada Post shipping services.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For USA residents, please send the return via USPS to the address below. For international customers, please send the return with the postal service of your choice. We recommend using a tracked shipping option with insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns .When filling out the Customs Declaration form please mark the items "RETURN ITEMS" so that Customs doesn't charge additional duties/taxes. If the items are not declared correctly, any additional customs fees incurred with the return are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the exchange.

COUTUKITSCH reserves the right to reject packages that are beyond the 14-day return timeframe, are not in their original & tagged condition, or are considered final sale as described above.
