FREE standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD within Canada.

We ship all orders via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. Shipping time estimates are displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed. We try to fulfill orders within 2 business days but may require up to 5 business days during busy times. Processing time is not included in shipping time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping to our customers.

Payment of import duties and customs are the responsibility of the customer and TUU by COUTUKITSCH does not have any control over these fees. USA customers: we cannot refund orders that have been refused due to unpaid duties/brokerage/import fees. If a package is refused by the customer, the package is considered abandoned and will not be returned to TUU by COUTUKITSCH.

 

COUTUKITSCH will not be responsible for lost/stolen parcels after they have been scanned as delivered. We will consider a package lost if it has not arrived within 6 weeks from the shipping date (as per Canada Post Guidelines). Once a package has been deemed lost, we will open a ticket with the shipping provider and communicate updates with the customer as we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

We have teamed up with Trexity to provide same-day delivery for customers in and around the Calgary area! Pay a flat-rate fee to receive same-day delivery on your order; rates are determined by the distance (km) of the package destination from our Inglewood shop. No minimum required!

Deliveries include tracking via email/SMS, so you will be updated when the order gets picked up, in transit, and dropped off. Deliveries will be dropped off at your doorstep; you will receive a photo confirmation once your order has been delivered. 

Same-day delivery is only available on Tuesday - Friday. Orders must be placed before 1PM to be eligible for same-day delivery. If orders are unable to be fulfilled on the same day OR is ordered after 1PM, they will be included in the next day’s shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are not guaranteed with roads/weather permitting. TUU by COUTUKITSCH is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Canada Post has been on strike periodically. When they are on strike, we do not use Canada Post Shipping services.
