Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to our customers and free standard shipping on orders over $200 CAD in North America. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
We know shipping costs can be prohibitive, so we do offer shipping of small items such as earrings through untracked lettermail for a $5 processing fee. Please reach out to email@example.com prior to ordering to confirm your eligibility.
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer a 30-day return window for all customers in Canada and internationally. Shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to COUTUKITSCH are the customer's responsibility. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
Items returned by mail and in-person must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit, and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
The following items are non-returnable: apothecary, pantry, hand-stamped items, earrings, items purchased from a sample sale, sale items, promotional sales, gift cards.

COUTUKITSCH reserves the right to reject item(s) that do not meet the return qualifications as described above.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If you would like to return with Canada Post, indicate so in your return request email. We will send you an invoice to cover the shipping cost. Once paid for, we will email the return label to you.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For USA residents, please send the return via USPS to the address below. For international customers, please send the return to the postal service of your choice. We recommend using a tracked shipping option with insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. We do recommend emailing customer service the tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org when returning items.
When filling out the Customs Declaration form please mark the items "RETURN ITEMS" so that Customs doesn't charge additional duties/taxes. If the items are not declared correctly, any additional customs fees incurred with the return are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

We offer a 30-day exchange period for all customers who purchased online and/or at our retail location (TUU Store). Please have your order confirmation email or receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange all items must meet the return policy qualifications written in our Return Policy.

Your return will be processed within 3 business days from the time we receive it in our shop. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

COUTUKITSCH reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any time. If a customer should require the cancellation of their order, we deduct a $5 fee to cover the Shopify payment processing fee.
For hand-stamped pieces, we may not be able to cancel or adjust your order once it has already been crafted.

Shipment delays do not happen often, but when it does, please give the courier at least 5 business days to fulfill the delivery starting from the estimated delivery date. If your package still has not arrived after 5 business days, contact our team via email at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 1-4 business days. We will do our best to find out where your package is, and we appreciate your patience during this period.

All permanent jewelry sales are FINAL. All permanent jewelry comes with a30 day limited warranty. During your appointment, we ensure that there are no issues with the chain and that your piece is properly welded together but breakage may occur. If your chain gets caught or if pressure is applied to it, the chain could stretch or break.
- If the jump ring breaks at the weld point, we will replace it free of charge.
- If the integrity of the chain has been compromised or stretched due to getting caught or pulled, the welding will be complimentary, however a replacement chain can be purchased at a discounted price.
- If your chain becomes lost within the first 30 days, we offer a free one time replacement.
- After the 30 day limited warranty, a replacement chain can be purchased at full price.
If your chain does falls off, please reach out to customer service email@example.com.We will examine the chain before re-welding it to ensure there are no issues with the integrity of the chain.We are unable to offer complimentary replacements in the case that the jewelry was broken or lost through fault of the owner.
We've got your back! For 6 months from the date of delivery/pickup, we'll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Please note that this warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use of the product, or any modifications to your product by a third party outside of COUTUKITSCH.
If your COUTUKITSCH piece is defective and covered under the warranty, please send your order number and a photo of the defective piece to firstname.lastname@example.org.
IMPORTANT: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of coutukitsch.com, TUU, theliveryshop.com, and/or The Livery Shop) are not covered under COUTUKITSCH's warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from directly.
We are happy to make reasonable repairs to your COUTUKITSCH pieces. Costs for repair will depend on the extent of the damage and will be determined by COUTUKITSCH. We cannot guarantee that repairs will be possible for items damaged through unreasonable use and treatment. Conclusions of use and treatment will be determined by COUTUKITSCH. Repairs or replacements for pieces older than 6 months from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be determined by COUTUKITSCH.

COUTUKITSCH reserves the right to hold the customer responsible for the cost of retrieving the damaged items and subsequent repairs.
COUTUKITSCH jewelry is made with several metals including but not limited to stainless steel, gold-plated stainless steel, gold-filled brass, and gold-plated brass. These metals are hypoallergenic and safe for most. Gold-plated stainless steel is entirely waterproof and tarnish-resistant when cared for properly. Gold-filled items include more solid gold and are especially great for people with highly sensitive skin and are very long-lasting when cared for properly.
COUTUKITSCH pieces have delicate components and must be handled with care. While our jewelry is considered waterproof and tarnish-resistant, to ensure the longevity of your pieces we recommend removing them before showering and working out. Remove all jewelry before applying alcohol-based products like hand sanitizer, lotion, perfume, and hairspray. Do not use liquid cleaning solutions on COUTUKITSCH pieces. You can use a soft, dry jewelry cloth to remove dust. Store COUTUKITSCH pieces in a jewelry box protected from dust and direct sunlight. Keep away from excessive humidity and do not get wet. Avoid storing in the washroom. Love your jewelry and handle it with care. Minor imperfections and tarnishing of plated brass items are considered normal wear.
COUTUKITSCH jewelry is packaged in branded bags or boxes. Our boxes and padded mailers are compostable/recyclable. Our zip bags are recyclable/reusable. Our microfibre pouches are meant to be reused as jewelry storage. Please be mindful of packaging and reuse or recycle when possible.
