Gentle Habits launched their This is Incense collection in 2019 as a side hobby when Sophie, the founder, rediscovered incense and found it helped her slow down and be present. This is Incense gave Sophie a vehicle to create and share new products that have helped her overall well-being and mental health. All Gentle Habits products are made in Australia - they dip our incense and pack the sticks by hand in Torquay, Victoria.

Place your This is Incense stick in the holder. Light the tip, let it catch, then gently blow it out. The holder catches ash neatly- once cool, tip it out and wipe clean. A beautiful reminder to take it slow and stay grounded. These holders are not designed for cones to be burn on as they will mark and leave an oil residue. This product is made of glass - handle with care. Always burn supervised and keep out of reach of children.
