Introducing COUTUKITSCH's BIJOU BODEGA - our little shop of charms!

Take a trip to our beautiful boutique in Inglewood for our one-of-a-kind charm building experience! You choose your chain, charms, and composition of your piece, and we will put it together for you! We can permanently weld the charms to your chain, or make them removable with charm clasps. Necklace, bracelet, anklet, bag charm - it's up to you! 

Our chains and charms vary in materials such as gold-plated stainless steel, stainless steel, 14k gold filled, and rhodium plated. Mix and match to make something truly one-of-a-kind!

BRACELET: $45 - $65
ANKLET: $55 - $75
NECKLACE: $65 - $85
OTHER: pricing will vary based on amount + type of chain used

CHARM PRICING
RANGE: $15 - $20 PER CHARM
(Charms vary in pricing due to size and materials)

CHAINS + CHARMS SOLD SEPARATELY. PRICES DETERMINED AT FINAL CONSTRUCTION OF PIECE. PRICES INCLUDE PRODUCTION, SUPPLIES, + WELDING FEES. GST NOT INCLUDED IN PRICES LISTED ABOVE. 

BOOKING INFORMATION

This appointment form is for large groups of 4+ ONLY. Each appointment slot is a 2 hour interval - this is to allow you with enough time for designing your piece and for our team's production/welding time. 

We recommend allocating roughly 30 minutes per person. If you require more time, please book multiple appointments. (For example, if you are looking to book for 8-10 people, please book 2 appointments for 4 hours.) Please make note of how many people will be at the appointment in your order notes.

Appointments require a non-refundable $40 booking fee to be used toward the cost of your jewelry. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours before your appointment time. Not eligible for promotions. Available only at TUU. Walk-in appointments not guaranteed.

Appointments will be held for 15 minutes from the original booking time. If no-showed, the appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee will not be refunded. Please be sure to have everyone in your party arrive on time. Due to high demand, appointments must proceed within their allocated time slot. Please let us know in advance if you should experience delays prior to your appointment.

WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS

Due to high demand, walk-in appointments cannot be guaranteed. The BIJOU BODEGA Charm Program is always available at TUU during open hours, however priority + production time will be allocated to those who have made an appointment. 

Same-day production cannot be guaranteed for walk-in appointments. Customers who walk-in are welcome to design & pay for their product, however, a 1-3 business day production time may be required based on availability. If this is the case, customers will be contacted once their product is complete and ready for pick-up. 

BIJOU BODEGA'S WARRANTY POLICY

All custom BIJOU BODEGA Charm Program sales are FINAL.

Although we stand by the quality of our jewelry, it is not waterproof. To prolong the life of your jewelry, avoid full contact with perfume, lotion, and water. Store in a bag or jewelry box. 

We are unable to offer complimentary replacements in the case that the jewelry was broken or lost through fault of the owner.
