This Chai tea is a perfect combination of peppery spice and sweet cardamom. Hot yet refreshing.

STEEPING
Mild | 2-3 min
Medium | 4-5 min
Strong | 6-7 min

Bring cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea for 7-9oz of water. Pour the boiling water into the teapot or mug. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
