This Hyson green tea is an excellent example of a robust China green tea. Bold and full flavoured with hints of pine on the finish.

STEEPING
Mild | 1-2 min
Medium | 2-3 min
Strong | 3-5 min

Bring cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea for 7-9oz of water. Pour the boiling water into the teapot or mug. Cover and let steep for 2-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
