We are happy to offer worldwide shipping to our customers.
All Canadian orders come with a tracking number. We need 3-7 business days to make and pack orders. Some orders may take longer. You will receive notification once your items have shipped. Every package comes gift wrapped and ready for giving, however please do let us know if it is a gift. Initial necklaces, stud earrings, and rings will arrive in a gift box. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship via Canada Post, see below for estimated delivery times (not including 3-7 day lead time after purchase):

Expedited Parcel with Tracking in Canada: 2-4 business days 
Small Packet USA: estimated 5-15 business days (sometimes longer during busy seasons)
Tracked Packet USA: up to 6 business days
Small Packet International: 10-20 business days (depending on your location and delays at customs)
Tracked Packet International: 12 business days

We only consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date (Canada Post Guidelines) and will resolve the problem at that time.



We do our best to describe each and every item in great detail, please contact us if you have any questions before completing your purchase. 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your item(s) or issue a refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days after you have received your order. Custom orders and earrings are final sale. Items must be in their original condition and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost packages.



If an item is out of stock and not on backorder, we will issue an immediate refund on the item that is sold out. Refund notifications will be sent to the contact information that was used at checkout. All refunds will be processed to the original purchasing method. 

Shippinng will not be waived if another item is re-purchased. 


Accidentally broke a chain on a necklace? Not a problem. We are happy to repair your CoutuKitsch necklaces for you.
Repairs/replacements can range in price from $10 - $30.
Feel free to drop your repairs off at The Livery Shop in Inglewood or by Mail.



We give a one year warranty from the date of purchase on CoutuKitsch products. Minor imperfections on brass chains and slight colour variations (e.g. tarnishing) may be considered normal. Please note that this warranty excludes damage to the product from misuse or abuse, such as improper care or regular contact with perfume, lotion, and water (shower/swimming). Please note that proof of purchase is required for our warranty policy to apply. 



We love making custom orders - message us with any requests you have. A deposit may be required and all custom orders are final sale.
