Shipping

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping to our customers and FREE standard shipping on orders over $200 in North America. 

We ship all orders via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping time estimates are displayed at check out but are not guaranteed. We try to fulfill orders within 2 business days but may require up to 5 business days during busy times. Processing time is not included in shipping time.

Payment of duty and customs are the responsibility of the customer and COUTUKITSCH does not have any control over these fees.

COUTUKITSCH will not be responsible for lost/stolen parcels after they have been scanned as delivered. We will consider a package lost if it has not arrived within 6 weeks from the shipping date (as per Canada Post Guidelines). Once a package has been deemed lost, we will open a ticket with the shipping provider and communicate updates with the customer as we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
